Mentis

Features

What's inside the Mentis app

Mentis is built around one small daily habit, a two-minute check-in with Mimi. Everything else (plans, activities, journaling, patterns) grows out of what you tell it.

In short
  • Daily check-in: 3–5 questions from Mimi, with your mood shown as weather.
  • Mimi: a friendly AI companion to talk to, any time.
  • Plans: nine-chapter paths for sleep, overthinking, relationships and work stress.
  • Activities, journaling and rants, plus patterns that show what's moving your mood.
The Today screen: your current aura, a sky for each part of life, and today's check-in.

How do the features work together?

Each morning you check in and your answers become today's sky. After a few days, patterns start to show: maybe late nights are behind the stormy mornings. Mimi suggests a plan for the area that needs it most, and each day of the plan brings one short activity. When your head is loud, you can talk to Mimi or rant. When you want to slow down, there's journaling. Every technique is a CBT-based self-help skill, written in plain language.

Frequently asked questions

Is Mentis free?

Mentis is free to download on iOS and Android, and you can try the check-in, Mimi and a plan before deciding on anything else in the app.

What makes Mentis different from other wellness apps?

Three things. Your mood shows as weather, not numbers. Plans are structured nine-chapter paths built on research-tested techniques, not playlists. And Mimi connects the pieces, noticing patterns between your sleep, work, social life and mood.

Do I need a smartwatch?

No. Everything works from short check-ins. There's nothing to wear.

Is Mentis a replacement for therapy?

No. Mentis is a self-help wellness app. It can support you day to day, alongside professional help if you need it.
